These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the commercial relationship between Javier López Fernández (hereinafter, "Tiger Cards"), with Tax ID 73393305Y and address at Calle Viento de Arbones 13, Puerto de Sagunto (Valencia), and the user who makes a purchase of products through the website tigercards.es.

1. OBJECT

Tiger Cards is dedicated to the retail sale of collectible items, specifically trading card games (TCG) and accessories. These conditions apply to all products offered on the website, which are new and factory-sealed items, unless otherwise indicated.

2. PURCHASE PROCESS

To place an order, the customer must select the products and add them to the cart. Before finalizing payment, the customer must:

1. Provide their shipping and billing details.

2. Expressly accept the Legal Notice and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Proceed to payment using the available methods (Card, PayPal, Klarna, Cash, etc.).

Once completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of their order.

3. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices indicated on the Website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force in Spain. Shipping costs will be calculated and itemized before confirming the order, depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

• Timeframes: In-stock orders are processed within 24 business hours. The estimated delivery time is 24/72 business hours for the mainland.

• Zones: We ship throughout Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

• Incidents and transport damage: The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. If the packaging shows signs of impact, moisture, or suspicious tampering:

1. It must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt (e.g., "Package damaged" or "Pending inspection").

2. It is mandatory to send clear images of the package before opening it (showing the shipping label and the external damage) and of the damaged product inside to soporte@tigercards.es within a maximum period of 24 hours. Without this visual evidence, Tiger Cards will not be able to process the claim with the transport agency.

6. CASH PAYMENT.

Tiger Cards offers a "Cash Payment" option exclusively for local pickups in Sagunto (Valencia).

• Reservation period: When selecting this option, the product will be reserved for a maximum period of 48 business hours.
• Automatic cancellation: If after 48 hours the customer has not come to collect the order or has not responded to contact attempts to arrange an appointment, the order will be automatically cancelled and the stock will be made available again on the website without prior notice.
• Exceptions: This option may be disabled for high-demand products or limited releases (pre-orders), where prior payment via the website will be required.

7. LOCAL PICKUP (SAGUNTO, VALENCIA).

Tiger Cards offers a "Local Pickup" option for those customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

• Cost: This shipping method has no additional cost for the customer.

• Availability: The order will be available to the customer from 24 business hours after the completion of the purchase process and payment confirmation (or reservation in the case of cash payment).

• Appointment procedure: Once the order is prepared, Tiger Cards will contact the user via WhatsApp or email to coordinate the meeting point and time slot in Sagunto.

• Identification: It is essential to present the order number and/or the ID of the purchase holder to receive the items.

7. PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products marked as PRE-ORDER are shipped starting from the official release date and after payment confirmation.

• Items are included in a priority list with the intent to purchase; that is, upon the publication of the item, those who wish to acquire the product will fill out the form with their contact email to be included in the purchase order list, and once the product is received in our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm the purchase and process payment. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped within the usual delivery time.

• Release dates are estimates and depend on official distributors. Tiger Cards will inform of any significant delays.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with Art. 102 of the TRLGDCU, the customer has 14 calendar days to return the product.

• Critical limitation (Art. 103.e): Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unsealed after delivery. Due to the nature of TCGs (booster packs, booster boxes, decks), the value lies in the factory seal. If the cellophane or security seal has been broken or tampered with, the product cannot be returned.

• Return procedure: For any return (due to shipping error or defect), the customer must attach photographs of the sealed product demonstrating that the original seal remains intact. No refund or exchange will be processed without prior visual verification of the seal's condition.

• Return shipping costs: These are borne by the customer, unless the product sent is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect visible on its sealed exterior.

9. PRODUCT WARRANTY

As these are new products, they have a 3-year legal warranty.

• Random content: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the packaging (e.g., factory-damaged box), but does not guarantee the random content of the packs ("pulls"). Tiger Cards has no control over the randomness of the cards inside products sealed by the manufacturer.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION AND CANCELLATIONS

Tiger Cards reserves the right to cancel orders that show signs of fraud (use of cards from different holders, suspicious IPs, or duplicate accounts). In such a case, a full refund will be processed and the customer will be informed via email.
